My real estate career began in 1989 as a rental property manager, but my passion for homes started long before that—one of my favorite childhood pastimes was drawing floor plans. I loved a courtyard-style home that allowed tons of light throughout. That early fascination evolved into a lifelong career dedicated to every stage of real estate, including building, remodeling, and selling my own homes.
I became a licensed REALTOR® in 2008, joining Dora Jane Smith’s brokerage, drawn to her reputation for integrity. In my first year, I was honored as Rookie of the Year (2009) by the Heart of Georgia Board of REALTORS® and have been a consistent member of the Million Dollar Club every year since. I earned my Broker’s license in 2012. After Dora Jane’s passing and the eventual closing of the firm, I made a careful and values-driven decision in 2014 to join HR Heritage Realty, Inc., where I continue to serve clients today as an Associate Broker.
I was honored to be named REALTOR® of the Year in 2015 by the Heart of Georgia Board of REALTORS®.
I work full-time in real estate and pride myself on being accessible, responsive, and deeply committed to my clients. Whether helping buyers find the right home or guiding sellers in pricing and preparing their property for market, I bring extensive local experience and a strong understanding of market conditions. Having begun my career during one of the most challenging periods in real estate, I’ve built a track record of resilience and consistent performance, averaging more than 30 home sales per year over the past decade.
Residential real estate isn’t just my specialty—it’s what I genuinely love. Helping people move through one of life’s biggest transitions is the most rewarding part of what I do.
